BGG My Church App

BGG My Church App is the official application of RCCG Beautiful Gate Glasgow. It gives members of our church community a single place to access custom-built tools that support church life — booking a seat on church transport, taking part in our youth ministry, and recording attendance at services and events.

Bus Booking

Lets members reserve a seat on church transport for services and events, and helps the transportation team plan routes, manage capacity across our buses, and keep everyone informed about pick-ups.

BGG Teen Zone

A safe, supervised space for our young people (aged 13–18) with Bible-reading plans, discussion groups, and learning resources. Teens can optionally connect Google Classroom to see their announcements, assignments and materials inside the app.

Uses Google Sign-In and read-only Google Classroom access — only within Teen Zone, and only for the young person’s own account.

Helps our teams record and review attendance at services, groups and events, giving leaders a clear picture of participation so they can follow up and care for members well.

How we handle your information

We take the privacy of our members — and especially our young people — seriously. The only feature that uses Google data is BGG Teen Zone, which requests read-only access to a young person’s own Google Classroom so it can be shown inside the app. We do not store, sell, or share that Classroom data.
